United to win: First batch of evacuation vehicles funded by Czech and Slovak volunteers arrives in Ukraine

Volunteers from the Czech initiative “A Gift for Putin” have delivered the first batch of 72 evacuation vehicles to Ukraine, funded through the joint Czech-Slovak Project Oksana campaign. The fundraiser, supported by donors from both countries, has already raised €1.5 million to assist Ukrainian military medics. The vehicles were transported by a special train to western Ukraine and then distributed across nine locations.
Each vehicle is fully equipped to provide emergency care during the evacuation of the wounded, addressing critical needs on the front line. Organizers emphasize that this delivery marks only the first stage of the project, with additional batches of evacuation vehicles planned as the campaign continues.

Czech Fundraising Campaign Raises $6.2 Million for Generators for Ukraine, Backed by 75,000 Donors

The Czech initiative “A Gift for Putin” has drawn international attention after raising $6.2 million to provide generators for Ukraine, with around 75,000 donors contributing to the campaign. Launched in January, the fundraiser quickly gained momentum, collecting tens of thousands of dollars within its first hours and highlighting strong public support.
The funds are intended to help Ukraine cope with ongoing attacks on its energy infrastructure by supplying generators and other essential equipment. The campaign builds on previous successful efforts by the initiative, further demonstrating how large-scale civilian fundraising continues to deliver practical support in critical areas.
